TOM N TOMS opens 1^st directly managed store in Qingdao, China

The city of Qingdao has a style that is a combination of Modern Europe and traditional China. Qingdao is called “The little Europe within China” and is also known as the best resort city in China.

First Store in China is located at Cheongyang district, Qingdao.

The store has 2 floors and the size is 826m² allowing a seating capacity of 370

A menu composed of popular Korean menu and a newly developed menu tailored for the taste of the locals.

A new open bar style where customers can see the making of pretzels and coffee.

2^nd and 3^rd store at Cheonyang district along with plans for more in Beijing, Guangzhou etc.

(2014 July 29^th Tuesday) TOM N TOMS on July 26^th has opened their 1^st directly managed store in Qingdao, China (Main store in Qingdao).

Qingdao is to the east of Shandong province and is a city that has a style which is a combination of Modern Europe and traditional china. Qingdao is also called “the little Europe within china” and is known as the best resort city in china.

The TOM N TOMS store is located in the northern region of Qingdao towards the coast. Amongst the economically developed areas within Shangdong Province, one is the Cheongyang district.

The TOM N TOMS store in Qingdao, China is a 2 story, 826m² size store with a seating capacity of 370 people. Some unique features of the store include seating areas designed for a group of 3 or more customers and an open bar where the preparation of coffee and pretzels can be seen.

Also, the menu is composed of Korean representative menu such as honey butter bread, pretzels, etc. along with Local representative menu such as pear, lychee smoothies and others under development.

TOM N TOMS CEO Kim Do Kyun says “An astounding amount of people have gathered and shown interest in the TOM N TOMS blend and special menu. Business has been booming daily with high sales in coffee and pretzels. We will begin with our 2^nd and 3^rd store in Qingdao along with more in Beijing, Guangzhou, etc. to spread the coffee culture across China and hopefully be acknowledged as the trendy cultural Korean place to be.”

TOM N TOMS has 29 stores overseas in 6 countries US, Thailand, Australia, Singapore, Mongolia, and China. They have also recently finalized master franchise contracts with Qatar and Armenia as well as other franchises in Macau and Philippines.
